Description

The Aston Fibreglass Mesh and Tape range provides professional-grade reinforcement solutions for plastering, rendering, and drywall applications. The self-adhesive fibreglass scrim tape is designed for plasterboard joints and crack repairs, with a strong adhesive backing that eliminates the need for pre-plastering preparation, allowing for quick and efficient installation on walls and ceilings. Engineered to remain flexible after application, it resists bubbling and blistering for a smooth, professional finish, and is suitable for use in temperatures between 5°C and 40°C.

The fibreglass render mesh is a heavy-duty, high tensile strength, 160gsm alkali-resistant reinforcing mesh, ideal for plastering, rendering, concrete work, and crack repair. Lightweight and easy to cut, position, and embed into wet render or basecoat, it helps stabilise surfaces and reduce the risk of cracking in render and plaster systems. Suitable for a range of multi-purpose applications including external wall insulation systems, roofing membranes, and tile adhesive reinforcement, and supplied in generous roll sizes for both small repairs and large-scale projects.
